Madame, Monsieur,
Je viens de passer un mois au Pérou pour approfondir la région Nord de ce pays et notamment une dizaine de jours dans la région de Chachapoyas et Cajamarca où j'ai collecté les informations suivantes. Je pense que Lonely Planet est passé un peu vite sur cette région authentique du Pérou et qui reste très attractive par ses tarifs et ne demande qu'à connaître une activité touristique croissante dans les années à venir.
- Transport entre Chachapoyas - Leymebamba et Celendin:
Le transport est désormais assuré 3 fois par semaine en saison sèche par l'entreprise Virgen del Carmen. (Peut être trouvée dans Chachapoyas à 2 blocs en descendant depuis l'hôtel Jomumahi)
Le bus cahotant part les mardi, vendredi et dimanche matin vers 7h30 de Chachapoyas, passe à Tingo vers 9h15 au poste de Police, vers 11h-11h-30 à Leymebamba et fait un arrêt bien mérité à Balsa vers 17h. Sans encombre majeur le convoi arrive à Celendin vers 21h.
Nous recommandons aux passagers embarquant à Leymebamba de contacter Virgen
del Carmen à Chachapoyas pour réserver leur siège. Faute de quoi il faudrait prévoir de rester bloqué à Leymebamba, ce qui n'est pas désagréable, jusqu'au prochain bus 2 jours plus tard.
La route reste toujours aussi difficile et peu usitée que décrit dans l'édition de novembre 2000 version française ou janvier 2000 en version anglaise.
Charles Motley gérant du Choctemal Lodge et promoteur du nouvel hôtel de Levanto m'annonce également que des avions circulent régulièrement de Lima à Chachapoyas mais je n'ai pas obtenu d'information supplémentaire sur place et les vols me paraissent aléatoires.
- Transport entre Chiclayo et Chachapoyas:
Un des incontournables trajets de nuit dans le nord péruvien. Aucune des compagnies rencontrées ne dessert la capitale d'Amazonias de jour. Civa et Kuelap assurent les principales liaisons pour 20-30 sols, partent entre 17 et 18 h et contrairement aux conseils des agences de voyages ne mettent pas 6 h pour s'y rendre. La plupart arrivent entre 4 et 5 h du matin et vous permettent de dormir dans le bus jusqu'à l'heure que vous souhaitez.
- Description des hébergements dans la région:
Je crois franchement qu'il serait utile de passer quelques jours dans cette région qui croît au niveau touristique actuellement.
Je pense notamment aux initiatives de Charles Motley le promoteur de Los Tambos Chachapoyanos qui va ouvrir dans les prochains jours un nouvel hébergement traditionnel à Levanto. Je pense également qu'il faudrait bien distinguer le caractère mignon mais aux tarifs élevés des petits hôtels comme Revash de la plaza de Armas à Chachapoyas avec le très pratique et bon rapport qualité prix de Johumaji.
* Hébergement à Levanto, 4 chambres de 4 personnes dans un "Casa redonda" traditionnel des Chachapoyens vient d'entrer en activité dans ce petit village à une heure de Chachapoyas par une route superbe mais chaotique. Le confort habituel reste disponible avec sanitaires, eau chauffée au bois de cuisine, cuisine collective. L'administrateur vous accueillera sur les lieux derrière l'une des plus vieilles églises du Pérou sur la plaza de Armas.
Renseignements et réservations doivent être obtenus auprès de "Chachapoyas tours" sur la plaza de Armas à Chachapoyas.
Comment s'y rendre, un bus quitte la place Belem à Chachapoyas tous les matins vers 5h30 et le dimanche vers 7h. Un taxi vous coûtera environ 40 sols pour vous y conduire.
Charles Motley administrateur également de Choctemal Lodge devrait organiser dans les prochaines semaines des circuits Levanto - Kuelap par la route traditionnelle inca. (Une des mieux conservées du Pérou)
* Hébergement à Tingo-Magdalena, un tout nouvel hôtel grand luxe pratiquant actuellement des tarifs extrêmement intéressants se situe sur la commune de Magdalena mitoyenne de Tingo. Il présente une dizaine de pavillons composés chacun de 2 chambres doubles avec eau courante, chaude à la demande, électricité, standard international, salle de restauration et de petit déjeuner.
Comment s'y rendre, des minibus partent pour Tingo régulièrement de Chachapoyas et pourront vous laisser au poste de police de Tingo. Après vous être fait enregistrer auprès de la Police de Tingo l'hôtel n'est éloigné que d'une centaine de mètres en passant le pont traditionnel.
D'autres bus comme Virgen del Carmen partent de Chachapoyas vers 12h et passeront au poste de Police vers 14h. Ils pourront vous permettre de partir pour Leymebamba.
Pour vous rendre à Kuelap, deux possibilités s'offrent à vous, le petit sentier difficile décrit dans le Lonely planet, ou la route surtout desservie par des minibus vers 6h et 10h pour Maria le dernier village à 1h30 de marche du parking de Kuelap, ou des taxis qui passent régulièrement et s'arrêtent obligatoirement à la station de Police de Tingo.
Magdalena équipée du téléphone depuis quelques semaines à l'épicerie en face de l'école primaire permettra désormais aux gérants de l'hôtel de réserver des taxis pour vous à destination de Kuelap. (80 sols à prévoir).
- Accès à Internet:
Ils se sont multipliés à Chachapoyas, celui rue Amazonas reste le plus convivial et efficace. Un nouveau s'est ouvert à l'étage sur la plaza de Armas à côté de Banco de Credito.
- Banques:
les travellers changés au Banco de credit sur la plaza de Armas
restent toujours le seul moyen d'obtenir de l'argent dans la région!
- Description des ruines récemment découvertes dans la région de Chachapoyas - Leymebamba.
Les sites funéraires de Carajia et Pueblo de los muertos sont situés au nord-est de Chachapoyas, ils présentent moyennant quelques heures de taxi et une bonne heure de marche difficile 2 sites de sarcophages bien conservées à flanc de falaise intéressants. La plupart des tours operators organisent des visites. Il vous en coûtera au minimum une centaine de sols
pour la journée pour louer les services d'un taxi et sans doute 20 sols de plus pour bénéficier d'un guidage correct. Je ne recommande pas les guides anglophones de l'hôtel Villaya qui sont peu passionnés et ne respectent pas les œuvres visitées!!!!!
Près de Tingo, une cité au dessus de Magdalena peut être visitée également à pied depuis Magdalena. Elle se situe à 1h30 de marche facile, les habitants de Magdalena pourront vous renseigner et certains archéologues présents sur place pourront peut être vous guider.
Il y a quelques semaines, 15 sarcophages parfaitement conservés on été découvert à flanc de falaise à Kuelap, preuve s'il en était que la forteresse, joyau du Nord du Pérou n'a pas encore livré tous ses secrets.
- Transport de Celendin à Cajamarca:
Deux compagnies de bus situées aux angles opposés de la plaza de Armas de Celendin offrent des départs quotidiens à la mi-journée pour Cajamarca:
- Civa vers 14h et son concurrent vers 12h. Elles sont quasi directes et mettent moins de 4 heures pour rejoindre le terminal de bus de Cajamarca sur la route de Banos del Inca.
Je voudrais attirer votre attention sur la magnificence de la route entre Celendin et Cajamarca qui passe par des hauts plateaux à plus de 3800m d'altitude et qui a constitué pour moi un des points d'orgues géographiques et visuels de mon voyage. Je pense qu'il serait utile de le mentionner même si la ville de Celendin ne présente pas de particularité majeure.
- Restaurant El Batan à Cajamarca
, les prix que vous annoncez ont été revus à la hausse et les menus à quelques sols de votre édition précédente ne sont visiblement plus disponibles y compris à midi ou le plancher est fixé à 12 sols pour le menu exécutif à 2 plats et une boisson.

Buenos dias,
Soy frances y fue en Chachapoyas en el departamento de Amazonas hace 3 semanas. He encontrado a personas con quien quisiera communicar. Estas personas utilizan un nuevo telefono en Magdalena cerca de Tingo en la provincia de Chachapoyas. Es el unico telefono que existe en este lugar y esta cerca de la escuela de Magdalena. No puedo encontrar a este numero utilizando el servicio de paginas amarillas sobre el internet pero quisiera mucho obtener este numero.
Seria possible que me lo communica contestando a este mensage internet?

I hope that you'll receive this message as I could hardly remember your email adress seen on a few adverts in Leymebamba and your brand new hotel in Levanto.
- I was quite interested in your developping a touristic program between Chachapoyas and Kuelap starting from Levanto.
- I met and discussed with the tenants of the new hotel in Magdalena near the Police Station and I promised that I would keep an eye on what's going on in the area at the moment.
- How do you plan to organise the transport from Chachapoyas to Levanto in the near future?
- Do you plan to make people travel from Levanto directly to Choctemal Lodge or do you plan to have an overnight stop in Tingo?
- In such a case would you accept to get in contact with the owners of the Magdalena hotel?
- I do believe that the Chachapoyas - Leymebamba valley is of great interest, specially with Kuelap but I found a bit difficult to make the all loop from Chiclayo to Cajamarca travelling by Leymebamba and Celendin, to you expect any alternative solution in the near future?

Levanto -short itinerary, 2 days, 2 nights, Inca Trail Vehicle takes 1 hour going up mountain behind Chachapoyas' Plaza Cathedral.
Levanto was the 7th and largest "City of the Condors" of the Chachapoyans at the time of the Inca conquest. When the Spanish came, Levanto became its capitol from 1528 until 1532 AD. The reason the capitol was later moved to Chachapoyas was because the Spanish preferred the lower warmer altitudes.
Northern Peru is the widest and also the lowest passage between the Pacific and the Amazon. Thus this was Peru's principle trade route for Amazon products and gold, even extending back MUCH OLDER than the Incas. Peru's richest cultures, the Moche and later Chimu demonstrated this major trade of jungle medicines, hides & feathers in their art and royal tombs in pyramids.
A major ancient road goes from Levanto east to the Amazon Basin. It also goes west, through Gran Vilaya, to the major Northern Andes City of Cajamarca, and then to the coast. Also the Dept. of Amazonas is so named as "the birthplace of the Amazon River" by the Incas and Spanish. Its main trunk Maranon leaves the Andes here to enter the lower basin.
The Spanish expedition searching for El Dorado was the first to go from here down the
river to the Atlantic. They later renamed the jungle portion "the Amazon" thinking the savages with long hair were women warriors.
Levanto's annex, Colla Cruz was one of the major cross roads of the Inca Empire. The earlier, more spectacular Wari Empire built most of the "Inca roads and cities", and was known as "Peru's Golden City Building Era".
However the Wari were unable to conquer this zone because:
- (1) The Cloud People had built their stone cities inside strongly fortified walls on hill
top positions.
- (2) No pottery or artifact proof of their empire has been found on this side of this River Maranon.
Wari artifacts clutter the other side where nearby Cajamarca was their major city of the North. For this the Wari had no roads in Amazonas so the Incas had to build this major road Qapaq Nan for the conquest, as told in the Chronicles of the Inca. It
started from the Wari hub in Huanaco, winding over a thousand miles of major
roads (not trails) to Levanto, and extended to Ecuador and Columbia. The
total network length through Chile would go from "California to London"!
The Inca Military Garrison is this zone's first restoration, done as a labor of love by Morgan Davis. It stands today at this major hub of ancient roads in Levanto's annex of Colla Cruz. The Incas transplanted loyal pacified Indians here, from Araquipa's Cola Canyon, to guard this strategic location.
Thus the name means the Cola Indian's crossroads of the Incas' north / south highway, with the "Chachapoyan east / west road", going through Levanto to Moyobamba in the jungle.
Levanto's most historical event occurred during the Inca Revolt against the Spanish. The Incas couldn't hold a position at Sacsahuaman or Ollantaitampo so retreated to the miserable jungle below Machu Picchu. Inca Manco knew his empire the best so decided to move his army to Levanto. (Kuelap wasn't mentioned because it was abandon even before the Inca or Spanish conquest)
The Dept. of Amazonas was the strongest fortified zone of the Americas, with Levanto its major city, offering the best defense against cavalry and artillery. However the Cloud People looked upon the few Spanish as liberators. The Incas had controlled this zone for only a short time, putting down several revolts of the Cloud People. Inca Manco's army was
still a thousand miles away when their advance guard arrived and was massacred by the Cloud People. The Inca went back to the jungle, not wanting to fight two wars. Later while restoring the Inca Military Garrison, many sling stones and cracked skulls were unearthed from the Cloud Peoples attack
that over ran it.
Time has frozen in Levanto. The gigantic volumes of white limestone blocks, in houses, fences, etc., gives a clue of the past size and importance. On hills overlooking Levanto are 2 walled city ruins of Yelape and San Pedro de Washpa. The town had water supplied from an Inca Canal from very far away, and this can be seen from near the road and Yelape. You get chills sitting in the ancient church on Levanto's plaza, one of Peru's oldest buildings built only 50 years after Columbus' voyage and 5 years older than Lima. It has a high hand carved wooden alter. A candle illuminates a faithful congregation of twenty descendants, as a violin plays.
Los Tambos Chachapoyanos has built a co-op lodge in the ancient style, except modern inside with comfortable beds, hot showers & flush toilets.
There is a spectacular view of Kuelap from the lodge. A third of the income goes to the village. A third of the income is used to repair stones on the long neglected Inca roads. The last third will be used for Los Tambos Chachapoyanos to expand other lodges on other villages' tribal lands to access their ruins. Levanto has ruins of many 500 year old colonial Spanish
houses made from stones of the former Chachapoyan circular houses. The stones have fossils of marine nautilus. Check out the stonework below the Inca Garrison. This is a classic Inca stone work and very different from the Chachapoyan type of construction used in the building above. A colonial
Molino Huaico with the Banos de Loloc would also be a nice day walk.
However the most spectacular hike is along this major Inca Highway Qapaq Nan to the highway just outside Chachapoyas at La Molina. This major Inca road follows the ridges and offers spectacular panoramic views. It's perhaps the best major ancient road existing in Peru because until recently, it was the only way to Levanto, so the village maintained it. You can appreciate the Inca skill in constructing this road, the steady grades, and drainage.
Llamas had padded feet, the horses hoofs are what destroy these roads today.
If you go the other direction down from Colla Cruz, you can go to Tingo below Kuelap. If you want an enjoyable walk without a strain, ride up to Levanto and walk downhill from there.

Dear Gil:
Your name really confused me for a minute. I just got back from Peru last week, and a professional photographer was with us, and he was due back to Orlando today, staying another week. His name is Gil Irhig.
There is breaking news about Levanto and Magdalina. Before anyone heard of this zone 10 years ago, the main tourist backpacker route was Levanto, Maino, Magdaling, Tingo and Kuelap. There is a path but not a easily followed route from Levanto to Maino, which today is the only missing link which a road does not go. However they are about to build that road very soon, before next year. So for those wanting to do a leasurely walk through the countryside, this will have a regular route.
Just last week a group of horsemen were kicking off the promotion of Tourist Week, with the famous dancing horses (peseo horses), and even a representative of National
Geographic Magazine, went from El Chillo to Kuelap, down by our Choctomal
lodge, then to Tingo, and this route through Levanto to Chachapoyas.
For me the drawback is the difficult uphill trip to Levanto from Chacha (fantastic if you drive up and walk down on perhaps one of Peru's best major Inca Highways). Then the trip from Tingo to Kuelap is a real killer climb,
but still listed in the books, but rapidly the road up by Choctomal is making that climb obsolete.
Are you French? I thought so from the e-mail address. My ancestors were largely from the Strasburg area 3 generations ago on my mother's side.
As for getting to Chacha, I have taken the route from Leymebamba to Cajamarca several times, mostly long time ago, which often I had to wait for over a week for any truck. It is a scenic route from the top of the cordillera, but except for that, a horrible trip. It is the only time I ever had motion sickness, --- including weeks of ocean travel by ship. This year
we "made lemonade out of the lemons" by promoting a cross section of the world's most extream "geographical extreams". We flew from Lima to Tarapoto on the Amazon Basin edge, staying in a fanststic resort, (on our Easy Tour targeting retired tourist). Then we went to Moyobamba another jungle town 4 1/2 hours by micro bus, on a horrible mud road which they are very busy converting it to a paved road by next year. After that a 6 hour road trip to Chachapoyas on paved road as far as Pedro Ruis. We were a week aroung the Chacha Andes. We left by Pedro Ruis and a paved road to Chiclayo, about a 10 hours trip, (but much shorter that Cajamaarca). There we saw the world's dryest desert, and Egyptian like culture in the Lord of Sipan tomb, Tucume, the Bruning Museum (more gold than you would imagine), and the latest 4 royal Moche tombs in recent National Geographic Magazine, -- Sican.
The Chiclayo flight and road trip is the easiest way, but we used the jungle segment because anyone that has made that trip once, will not be looking forward to repeating any one of those long road trips for the return. Now there will be flights directly to Chacha in a month, for the same $75 or $80 as to either Chiclayo or Cajamarca, or Tarapoto. They had regular flights to Chacha almost every year except the last 2 years. However my wife
mentioned that likely they won't have enough passengers, and may drop that flight in the future. But on other hand, they are building several luxury hotels in Chacha, and others say that they will put pressure on to continue the direct flights.
About the hotel in Magdalina. Los Tambos Chachapoyanos is trying to promote tourism and we favor that hotel, -- even though it competes somewhat with our Choctomal Lodge. I think that they did not plan its location well, thinking that Tingo climb up is still a major tourist hike, where as I think that in a few more years everyone will forget it used to be the main trail to Kuelap. Also they are following Machu Picchu logic that hotels won't be
built high up next to the ruins, but rather the closest point below it. They have been pushing for a road to ziz zag up the mountain from there just like MP.
However I don't think that will ever happon because of cost, and the ugly eye sore the road will make. I much prefer Choctomal because of its clean crisp setting in the clouds, and its view of Kuelap and Abra Yumal Pass to Gran Vilaya.
This year I installed just now road marker signs along the Inca Road, and the Inca Military Garrison at Colla Cruz, marking where it starts from both the Levanto end and the Chacha entrance, also trail markers where ever there was a split in the road where someone might mistake the correct road. Also I put a sign showing where to climb up to see Yelape and the Inca Canal. So if tourists want to walk from Chacha to Kuelap by Levanto and Magdalina, that route, I will do all I can to promote it. My wife is Peruvian and talked with the people in the new hotel there, and said it was beautifully done by archaetect from Cuzco, but they thought that was enough to make all the tourist use it, without a promotion plan. She said that they now are charging only 10 soles a night, and would like to sell the hotel because they do not think it will make a profit. They also have major competition from the El Chillo Lodge only a very few km down the road, which has been in business for years and a landmark know by all agencies. Frankly I think that the owner Oscar is a real jerk. If you stay there without asking the
price, the next morning he will say that his regular rate is over $150 per night. When they found the mummies at Laguna, Dr. Guillan thought that he was the one to go and do a week work making a primative camp with 2 or 3 workers. Instead of doing it free as a favor, or charging less that $100 as expected, Oscar hit her up for several thousand dollars!
Good to hear from you and hope that you can do what you can to promote the zone and that hotel, (and mine too!) I will send a seperate e mail with our write up about Levanto's history.

He escrito tambien al Lonely Planet para hablar de Magdalena y su albergue.
Ahora necessito tu ayuda en las proximas semanas :
- Charles me ha dicho que los administratdores de la albergue de Magdalena quieren vender el hotel. Es la verdad o No?
- Yo quisiera conocer al numero de telefono de la albergue o de la linea de Magdalena cerca de la escuela (paginas amarillas de Telefonica Peru no han contestado a mi email)
- Cuando la albergue va a obtener una linea telefonica?
- Cuando la albergue va a tener un computador con el internet?
- La albergue tiene un email o no?
- Si yo queria transmitir plata al peru comme seria possible (la albergue tiene un referencias en el banco?)
- Quisiera conocer las caracteristicas exactas de los reibursamientos que tienen ustedes que hacer al banco que ha permitido la construcion del albergue
- Quisiera saber si tiene usted una idea precisa de las perspectivas
economicas del hotel (como un business plan?)
- Ha usted hablado con las agencias touristicas en Chachapoyas a proposito del hotel o no?
- Tenemos fotografias del albergue pero seria interessante que la proxima vez que touristas passan por el hotel sacan fotografias y las transmiten por el corriere postal al albergue o a las referencias postales que siguen. Por exemplo fotografias de los cuartos, banos, del restaurante, de los jardines, etc...

Emocionada te vuelvo ha saludar, esperando que todo te este yendo muy bien,feliz por tu respuesta ha mi Email, se que acá me haces una infinidad de preguntas ha las cuales te voy ha dar las respuestas de algunas preguntas, pero antes te agradesco el haber escrito al Lonely Planet y tambien por haberme hecho participe del Email de Charles Motley.
Respondiendo a tus preguntas acabo de estar 8 dias en Magdalena y hable con los administradores del alberge ellos no pueden venderlo por que todo el financiamiento lo dio todo el Banco de Materiales del Perú en mi proximo.
Email te hare saber los montos exactos de la deuda en general y cuanto se va devolver al Banco y por cuantos años en estos momentos no te puedo detallar por que acabo de llegar de Magdalena a Lima.
Gil no te puedo mandar el numero telefolico de Magdalena el que queda al lado de la escuelita por que por ahora se encuentra en observacion y ya hemos solicitado un nuevo servicio para eso estoy en Lima para acelerar los documentos por intermedio de la telefonica, tambien solicitamos una linea telefonica para el alberge, pero por ciertas descordinaciones de los socios que no se ponen de acuerdo eso esta en observacion nosotros estamos muy contentos de tu ofrecimiento hacerca de que nos quisieras transmitir dinero fuimos ha hablar con los socios pero no fuimos bien recibidos por que por orden del Bida y quiero apoyar a mi comunidad estoy aca en Lima tratando de conseguir ayuda por intermedio de alguna organisacion gubernamental o extrangero y asi como estos planes tengo muchas cosas en mente que no puedo hacerlo realidad por falta de recursos economicos yo espero que leas con mucha paciencia este Email espero tu comprencion y tu pronta respuesta.
Me despido deseandote que te vaya muy bien y que Dios te cuide mucho para que sigas siendo esa bella persona que eres, en lo posterior te escribire y te informare de aquellas cosas que no te puedo decir en estos momentos por falta de informacion y con el debido tiempo te informare, y tratare de conseguir una linea telefonica para estar en constante comunicacion.

Gil te mando este E-mail para saludarte y desearte buena salud con tu familia,te mande un coreo con fecha 30 de julio creo que no puse bien la direccion y por eso se me perdio espero que este correo no se me pierda, te agradesco espero que me disculpes por no haberte contestado a tiempo tus preguntas.
Te explico que viaje de lima a magdalena y lleve tu correo para combersar con los administradores y socios pero me lleve la sorpresa que estaba cerrado por 20 dias para algunas mejoras en los ambientes pero el intentar comversar con ellos los encontre en total desacuerdo por eso es que charles motley te cuenta que esta en venta.
Gil el hotel no se puede vender por que esta construido con un prestamo del banco de materiales de lima, en comun acuerdo con los 15 socios para debolver en 10 años la suma de 10000 soles mensuales no se haora el monto total por eso es el desacuerdo bueno en pocas palabras no entiensen el manejo de un hotel haora te cuento que muy pronto tendra su propio telefono el hotel por que hace un m espero conseguirlo por que soy una soñadora luego emos echo otro estudio en vista que muchos turistas comentan que no esta bien ubicado el hotel de magdalena dejando los problemas del banco y la sociedad nosotros somos un grupo de 5 personas nuestro unico deseo es trabajar y dar trabajo al los hijos de magdalena.
Gil tu habla hacerca de transmitir dinero al peru, yo te ago una propuesta emos visto por comveniente hacer un nuevo hotel que este bien ubicado tenemos el terreno y las ganas de trabajar hacerlo con cosas tipicas del lugar es lo que reclama el turista lo unico que nos falta es el dinero te cuento que este terreno es nuestro y se encuentra como a 2km de Tingo serca a macro a la orilla del rio hasta para haser paseo en balsa por lo suave de la corriente del rio y otras bellezas mas que te ire contando ¡a! me olvidaba esta muy cerca al primer ingreso a kuelap y de esa manera competimos con Charles motley,¡animate...hacer el socio mayoritario de este nuevo hotel! no sabes la felicidad que nos darias a t ¡gracias por ser tan lindo gracias por tu amistad sincera espero no haberte cansado esperando tu respuesta y yo por aca feliz de saber de ti!

Te vuelvo a mandar saludos y haber si esta ves contestas mi correo no se manejar muy bien la maquina por eso cometo errores espero esta ves no equivocarme como en el correo que te hice el 10 de agosto, y aqui te termino de explicarte que el terreno del que te hablo en el correo anterior es nuestro y ahi realizaremos otro sueño y te cuento que a aumentado mas turistas y necesitan algo original por eso espero que hayas comprendido mi.

- Creo que ese nada es realmente claro actualmente como parece que usted es atascada con el hotel en Magdalena pero mira delantero construir uno otro
- Cómo usted va a pagar el gobierno el dinero pidió prestado
- Pienso que la ubicación nueva que usted propone tendrá exactamente los mismos problemas como el en magdalena
- Quién serán sus socios para el nuevo uno?
- A encontrado usted a la gente implicada en el tourism en Chachapoyas y Charles Mottley ?
- Cuántos turista tuvo en Magdalena durante los pasados dos meses desde que dejé
- Cuanto se necessita para construir el hotel en macro (es el lugar donde las ruinas se localizan por el valle ?) y que tipo de hotel quieren construir
- Qué es su presupuesto para la construcción del hotel y quien se implicarían en la construcción?
